On August 22-30 Ukraine is hosting the 2016 FAI World Championships for Space Models for the first time. 300 competitors from 20 countries are competing for the championship in 8 different space models classes. Engineers from leading aerospace companies are representing their countries on the competition field. On top of the main competition there will be contests for amateur enthusiasts: - S2/P rockets carrying space eggs contest. Not only competitors of the Championships, but casual enthusiasts can also participate in the contest and try their hand to win the grand prize of 4 000 Euro. We invite citizens and guests of Lviv Region to visit great festival where heated competition, educational workshops and outdoor activities will come together to create an unforgettable atmosphere.
